We are interested in priced work packages, repeat maintenance programmes, overflow requirements and smaller trial packages that can develop into a long-term working relationship.
Scope, access, reporting, programme and compliance requirements are confirmed before mobilisation. Work requiring regulated specialist certification is allocated to the appropriately qualified trade.

Suitable packages can be delivered through our own capacity and subcontractors, including our plumber and electrician. We confirm trade requirements and relevant documentation for each package.
Void property works
Empty-property repairs, making-good, carpentry, decorating, flooring and coordinated refresh packages.
